Request the documents that match your selected product and destination market.
Identify the exact configuration
A drawing, material declaration or report is useful only when its scope matches the selected part. Include the model, material, colour or finish, construction and relevant revision in your request.
Request material and dimensional information
Ask for the applicable product drawing, dimensional tolerances and material details. For assemblies, specify both components and interfaces. Identify the dimensions or features that need incoming inspection.
State project requirements
List the standards, substance restrictions or test evidence your project requires. Our team checks available documentation for the quoted configuration, including RoHS or REACH information where applicable. A general company document does not replace a product-specific assessment.
Keep the order record clear
Record the approved sample, drawing revision and agreed evidence with the order. If a material or construction changes, review whether the original documentation still applies to the revised supply.
